High Precision 200W 500W Plastic Laser Welding Machine for Plastic Injection Mold
High-speed plastic laser welding machine is used for welding small flat plastic parts, instead of ultrasonic welding. The quasi-synchronous "laser transmission welding" method is adopted, equipped with a special large-diameter high-speed laser scanning galvanometer, high-power, high-beam quality laser, the laser energy is fully utilized, and the welding efficiency is high. During welding, the material is melted along the entire welding line, and the weldment is welded almost simultaneously along the welding seam, and the laser continuously provides energy until the specified welding requirements are met. A high-precision penetration measurement device can be attached to qualitatively and accurately evaluate the welding process results. The equipment is mainly composed of semiconductor laser, high-speed laser scanning galvanometer, motion control software, and pneumatic welding tooling.
It is suitable for plastic auto parts, plastic medical equipment, plastic casings of electronic and electrical products, lighting products, etc. It is especially suitable for the welding of sensors and electronic component casings that require reliable sealing.
