The special laser cladding equipment for hard sealing of valve seat is a special laser processing equipment for surfacing of hard sealing surfaces of various valve seats. Pneumatic quick clamping device and auxiliary heating device are used to realize the processing of annular sealing surface workpieces such as ball valve seat and gate valve seat. With constant speed spiral, synchronous swing arc, multi-layer superposition and other working modes, the equipment has good controllability, high degree of automation and can be fully automated with industrial robots. The equipment is mainly composed of high-power laser, laser cladding head, coaxial powder feeding head, powder feeder and displacement turntable.
Application
It is suitable for laser surfacing of hard sealing surfaces of valve seats of all kinds of ball valves, butterfly valves, parallel gate valves, wedge gate valves, flat gate valves, globe valves, etc. It can be used for cladding 304/316/Fe Cr B Si and other iron base alloys, Ni55/Ni60/Inconel625 and other nickel base alloys, STL6/STL12/STL21 and other cobalt base alloys and nickel base/iron base metal ceramic alloys.
