The small pits on the surface of the laser textured steel plate are not connected, which is conducive to oil storage and capture of metal debris during the later stamping forming. The oil storage property is good, to prevent stamping scratches, and to ensure the deep drawing property of the steel plate. And the surface of the stamping parts is smooth, and the stamping oil is reduced at the same time.
The laser texturing morphology of the roll surface is uniform and controllable, and the smooth surface accounts for 60% of the whole texturing surface, so that the flatness of the rolled steel plate is high, and the smoothness of the strip steel surface and the freshness after painting are improved. It increases the competitiveness of products for users, and can produce laser mirror steel.
